Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our number-one priority at Olinari.com

If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the original invoice date.

IMPORTANT:    Before returning any items, please contact us for a return/exchange Authorization.                          
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and cannot be held liable for loss or damage of return shipments.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in 3 - 5 business days.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.

All custom products made of, or containing gold, platinum, or palladium, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Please note that the initial shipping charges and the cost of shipping the items back to us for a refund/exchange will not be refunded.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

We ship to the United States and International.

Because Olinari creations are all hand-made, we typically processes and ship your order within 5 business days.

  • We cannot mail your order to a P.O. Box

  • All orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

Olinari.com accepts PayPal as it's primary payment method. We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Amex through PayPal.
